Ashdin has written this book in a way that is relatable and with advice that is easy to follow. One of the most difficult things I find with self help books are that once you read them you forget about them or remember them only once in a while. This book is filled with exercises that you can easily do along with the reading so that once you are done with the book even if you don’t go back to it you have a work plan in front of you. Must read and must follow!

Ashdin has done two things in this compact book: 1. Provide a DIY Guide on creating systems and not just habits 2. Breaking myths and using positive reinforcements on changing habits and sustaining them. Written with lot of analogies and real life examples, this makes for a nice and easy read. Carrying a paper and pen/pencil for some notes will make reading this richer! Overall, highly recommended for everyone and at any stage of life as long as your are open to the idea of an awesome life 🙂
